After completion of the syllabus as per annual teaching plan the unit tests is to be conducted at the end of the month.

This unit test is a mirror of board examination pattern. This unit tests should be conducted according to cannon, which is used for board exam.

After the completion of unit tests, the very next day the result should be declared in the morning assembly by the Principal. The students those who will secure the first, second and third positions in the class the names of the stars and toppers of the month should be displayed on the notice board, so that other students will get inspiration and they will work hard.

After the completion of the first term syllabus as per annual calendar, the term test is to be conducted by the Vidyalaya on the board examination pattern through allotting the role numbers.

After completing the examination, the result will be declared in the morning assembly by the Principal. The students those who will secure the first, second and third position in the class they should be honoured as toppers of the term and the students those who will secure the first, second and third position in Vidyalaya will be honoured as stars of the Vidyalaya. The names of the starts and toppers of the term should be displayed on the notice board, so that other students will get inspirations and they will work hard.

The term tests result analysis should be done by the Vidyalaya and according to analysis, the steps should be taken by the school authority to improve the educational standard of the students.

After the completion of complete syllabus as per annual calendar, the pre-board examination is to be conducted by the Vidyalaya on the board examination pattern through allotting the roll numbers for the students of class X.

After completing the examination, the result will be declares in the morning assembly by the Principal. The students those who will secure the first, second and third position in the class they should be honoured as toppers of the class and students those who will secure the first, second and third positions in class X will be honoured as stars of the board examination. The names of the stars and toppers of the board examination should be displayed on the notice board, so that other students will get inspirations and they will work hard.
